Guide Group for 10th Grade
In order to keep up on Extended Application requirements for graduation, students should have completed the following by the end of their sophomore year*:
- 5 hours of Community Service
- 1 CRLE (Job Shadow, Internship or Work Experience)
- Reflection Paper also required to complete CRLE
Other requirements and tasks must be completed as part of the regular Guide Group requirements. See Guide Group page for specifics.
*These requirements must be met each year in order for students to complete their Extended Application requirements for graduation.
Remember.....
Continue to pay attention to grades and classes. Every grade counts!
Start to think about how you're going to pay for any higher education you might want to pursue. There are some scholarships available for non-seniors so don't be afraid to do some searching. See the Helpful Links page for some websites that might aid you in that search.
Use the counseling office and your counselors in researching careers and how to get them. We would love to help you in your search for a post-high school plan!
